Learned S and O today in my morse code studies so far. That brings me to E,T,M,N,A,S,I,O, 30% of the alphabet is in my grasp. Sounds easy, but I have to be able to interpret full sentences in morse code at 5WPM to get my General ham license. My test is on October 21st at 9am, so I still have much to learn :-)
Oh well even if I fail I gave it my best shot, and I can take the test the next week :-) I guess I shouldn't worry too much. I just decided to start on this like Friday, so I have been learning at the average rate of about 2 letters a day, so hopefully by the end of the week I should know most of the alphabet.
Anyways, enough rambling on. Wonder if I can make out a small conversation on morse code with those letters. What could I say with just those letters? I wonder... I see several swear words, but transmitting them is a good way to lose my current ham license :-(
