Updates

Got another day off. Wow. heh

Should be getting the all in 1 style mac for my bedroom so I can do basic stuff from my room in the next few days. woohoo :-)

Finally got the stamps I ordered online from the USPS. I'm never doing that again... over a week turnaround. :-(

I'm bored, it's cold outside, and I got a lot of cool stuff in the air, but It's all waiting on one thing or another... :-(

I've given in

to ladymace's wishes and gave myself a few more icons. There's a normal one of me, and a one of me being goofy. :-) I guess people might want to see something other than my stuffed pikachu anyways :-)

Cool information about war planes/weapons...

If you are looking for more information than the mass media is providing about aircraft and missiles, I found 3 resources. The first, and the one I recommend the most is This one created by the UK's royal air force/Ministry of defense is the most informative I have found, and while mostly dealing with the stuff that's popular in the UK, gives you some insight on what all the militaries are using. I couldn't sit through all the damn flash animation on www.airforce.com, and I just now found a resource on www.af.mil here. CNN has 3D animation here - it's cool but not very informative and you need a plugin.

I'm kinda bored.

So I made this. It sucks but hey maybe someone will get a giggle out of it. This is a cruise missile, I think they are using these ones specifically in Afganistan right now...

Wow

Found something about Windows XP that I actually like - the Media player in it will take a winamp playlist, and will convert the mp3's to CDDA and burn an audio CD. leet! ph33r m3!

For those who are wondering how I have Windows XP, don't ask.

Damn - the lj client can't detect the song I am listening to in media player... Oh well once this CD burns I'm back to winamp, but I digress.
